Your child's safety is our top priority. If you have any recall product, we urgently advise you to immediately stop using the product and contact us via email at recall@graodegente.com, using your order number as the subject line. This will allow us to initiate a process for product identification. Once you reach out, we'll provide information on disposal and proceed with issuing a refund for the product value.
