SAFETY RECALL

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, we announce a voluntary recall due to critical safety issues.  These baby nests, unfortunately, fall short of CPSC safety standards, posing alarming risks of suffocation, falls and entrapment.

The recalled baby nests fail to meet the safety requirements of CPSC’s Safety Standard for Infant Sleep Products. Our thorough investigation uncovered problems such as the absence of a stand, non-compliance with side height regulations, a too-thick sleeping pad, and fabric-sided openings that don’t meet safety criteria.

Of particular concern, designs featuring a head pillow violate the Safe Sleep for Babies Act of 2021, which strictly prohibits inclined sleepers for infants.  The head pillows included in some of our baby nests created an inclined sleeping surface.   Inclined sleepers are banned under the Safe Sleep for Babies Act of 2021’s ban of inclined sleepers for infants.  Infant fatalities have occurred in inclined sleepers after the infants rolled from their back to their stomach or side while unrestrained or under other circumstances.

Your child's safety is our top priority. If you have our Baby Nest, we urgently advise you to immediately stop using the product and contact us via email at recall@graodegente.com, using your order number as the subject line. This will allow us to initiate a process for product identification. Once you reach out, we'll provide information on disposal and proceed with issuing a refund for the product value.
