  No, items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund. Normal wear and tear refer to the natural deterioration of the product that occurs through regular usage over time.

• Can I return Made to Order items or personalized items?

  Made to Order items, including custom rugs and furniture, cannot be returned unless they have manufacturing defects. Monogrammed items, once personalized, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have defects.

• Can I return gift cards?

  No, gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Who covers the cost of return shipping?

  In the unfortunate event of receiving a wrong or defective product, we will cover the cost of return shipping. However, for cases of customer remorse or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses.
